下單前◎為避免色差認知問題, 我們建議您下單前索取樣卡確認顏色品質
◎樣卡與實際商品會有些微差距，即是所謂的缸差，不屬於瑕疵。
◎每支產品實際總長度於 ±2%的誤差值內，不屬於瑕疵，恕不接受退換貨。
◎品質檢測的部分我們使用四點制檢測標準如下：
- 四點制用於判斷布料是否可被接受的程度
- 四點制評分標準可用於梭織或針織布料，根據瑕疵點的大小和嚴重性扣1~4點不等
◎評分的標準
- 單疋扣點不超過32點
- 整張訂單平均扣點不超過32點
◎瑕疵點分類(不論任何方向)：
- 瑕疵點大小介於0~1 吋扣一點
- 瑕疵點大小介於2~5 吋扣二點
- 瑕疵點大小介於5~9 吋扣三點
- 瑕疵點大小超過9 吋扣四點
- 不論這一碼有多少瑕疵點，最多只能扣4點，瑕疵點的可接受扣點數會隨著布疋長度而有所不同， 4點制適用於每一碼布料上，只要是破洞，不管大小都是扣四分。
◎如果您訂單訂錯品項，請立即與我們聯絡並註明訂單編號。在商品尚未出貨，我們會竭盡所能的協助您完成修改。
下單後◎針對收貨的部分，您有完全的責任與快遞公司聯絡。
◎若快遞公司無法聯絡到收件人，商品將會被棄置而不會送回RE:YU’s，恕不退款。
◎若您拒絕收貨，商品將會被棄置而不會送回RE:YU’s，因此恕不退款。
◎若您以不當方式清洗或損壞產品，RE:YU’s將不予負責。
退回/換貨政策◎依消費者保護法消費者享有七天無條件退貨之權益，於收到商品後七天內所退回的商品必須是全新的狀態，並參考退換貨須知於七天內完成退貨申請即可，若超過期限，則無法辦理退貨。
惟商品若屬依您要求所為之客製化給付則無七天鑑賞期之適用。
◎我們接受您在收到商品的七天內因商品毀損、 瑕疵、 品項不正確退換貨。如上所述，顏色差異以及誤差範圍內的長度短少不屬於瑕疵。
◎若收貨產品包裝有破損，拆封前須先拍攝破損處清楚並且多個角度照片，即時電郵照片及訂單號碼至info@hoyu.com.tw
◎如產品因運送時受損，也須同步提供產品照片及說明至info@hoyu.com.tw，我們將盡快與你聯繫。
◎符合上述四點制檢驗範圍內的產品將不被視為瑕疵品，
若您收到與購買品項不同的產品，我們將予以退款/換貨並承擔產品運費。
◎缸差(CMC △E<1)不被視為瑕疵/錯誤產品，因此恕不退換貨。若您訂購的產品有較大缸差差異，我們將會在出貨前通知您。
◎退換貨產品必須保持原樣並以原包裝寄回。產品必須是未裁剪、清洗、熨燙或任何改變。
退貨/換貨程序◎退換貨時，請告知訂單編號與產品編號，並附上欲退換貨產品的清楚照片。
◎在我們確認退換貨條件後，您必須要在收貨日期的十天內寄回欲退換貨商品，並請將簽收單掃描並電郵給我們。在收回商品後我們會將退款退到您的會員帳號或原先付款管道。
