RETURN POLICY

Our website is created on the Shopify website. When you put orders, our store will collect your personal and purchasing data during payments and contracts via features provided by Shopify.

 Before Ordering 

◎Please understand that the photos provided may not fully represent the true colour or nature of a particular item. Due to this discrepancy, we recommend you to request a swatch before purchasing fabrics from our online store.
◎The colour difference between swatch and the actual product will be in reasonable range due to batch-to-batch variations.
◎Our tolerance between ordering and actual receiving quantity is ±2%. We cannot make refunds for differences less than 2%.

◎The Four Point system will be used to determine the lot acceptance of fabrics.

  • A maximum of 4 points per linear yard can be assigned, regardless of the number and size of the defects in the given yard. For a defect running continuously along the length of the fabric, four points should be assigned for each linear yard. All holes regardless of size shall be assigned 4 points.

◎Requirements: Maximum Acceptable Limit on knits/wovens:

  • Average of total shipment: MAX 32 points per 100 linear yards.
  • Individual roll: MAX 32 points per 100 linear yards.

◎Defect Classification (in any direction):

  • 0 - 1 inch defect size – 1 point
  • 2- 5 inches defect size – 2 points
  • 5- 9 inches defect size – 3 points
  • 9 inches defect size – 4 points

◎If you realise that you have made a mistake after placing an order and you wish to make changes, please email us immediately referencing your order number. We will do our best to satisfy your request, but only on the condition that the fabrics of your order have not been shipped.

 After Ordering 

◎It is your responsibility to immediately respond to calls and emails from the courier service.◎If the shipment is unattended by the receiver, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to RE:YU’s.

◎We do not handle refused shipments. If you refuse a shipment from RE:YU's, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to RE:YU’s.

◎RE:YU's does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by poorly handling products.

 Return/Exchange Policy

◎We will exchange your fabrics in the unlikely event that you have received fabrics which are damaged, defective. If this is the case, please email us immediately within 7 days of receiving your goods. Our sales will discuss with you for solutions.

◎If the received product packaging is damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged portion from multiple angles before unpacking.Immediately email the photos and the order number to info@hoyu.com.tw
◎If the product is damaged during shipping, please also provide product photos and description to info@hoyu.com.tw . We will contact you as soon as possible.

◎Products that meet our four point standard cannot be seen as defective products.

We accept return/exchange only if the received item is incorrect, which means the item is different from what you ordered. In this case, we are responsible for the return cost.

◎Colour differences due to lot-to-lot-variations (CMC △E<1) does not count as defective or incorrect so we will not accept the return. We will notify you regarding lot-to-lot variations beforehand if there is a large difference.

◎Products must be returned in the same condition as received and sent back in their original packaging. Products must not be cut, washed, ironed or altered in anyway.

 Return/Exchange Procedure 

◎Email us including the order number/product number and clear pictures of the item you wish to claim for a return/exchange.

◎After receiving authorization to return/exchange products, you will need to send us the fabrics within 10 days of receiving your order. Please scan the shipment receipt and send via email. Once we receive the fabrics, we will refund the payment to your member account/original payment method.
